Mobile.de Scraper: Car Prices, Specs & Dealers in 2026
Germany’s car market, one listing at a time
Mobile.de is Germany’s largest vehicle marketplace, with more than 1.5 million cars, motorbikes, vans, trucks and motorhomes listed by dealers and private sellers. For dealers it is the competitor set, for car-buying services the deal flow, for analysts the asking-price curve of every model.
The site is built for one buyer looking at one car. Comparing thousands means reading specs in German, matching models across free-text titles, and finding out who is selling.
What you can extract
One row per listing:
- Vehicle: make, model, make and model ids, category
- Price in euros, with mobile.de’s price rating and its label
- Specs: first registration, mileage, power in kW and HP, fuel, transmission, displacement, color, doors and seats
- Condition, description and the full equipment list as the seller entered it
- Technical attributes and the full photo set
- Location: country, postcode and city
- Dealer: name, street address, phone, GPS coordinates, rating score and review count
- KBA type codes (HSN and TSN), the German registration codes that pin down an exact model
Dealer review texts are out of scope.
The technical challenge
Mobile.de data sits at two depths, written for German buyers:
- Search versus detail: search results carry price, specs and the dealer’s phone; description, equipment, address, GPS and all photos come only with each listing’s full record.
- German values: transmission comes as
Automatik, color asSchwarz, condition asGebrauchtfahrzeug, equipment in the seller’s own wording. - Model matching: titles are free text; make and model ids (
3500for BMW,3500|20for the BMW 3 Series) and KBA codes identify a model exactly. - Price rating gaps: mobile.de only rates a price when it has enough comparable data, so some listings have none.
DIY or a ready-made Actor?
Our Mobile.de Scraper on Apify takes mobile.de search or listing URLs, keywords, listing ids or plain filters (category, make and model, price, mileage, registration year, fuel), in any mix. Leave full details on for description, equipment, photos, address and GPS; turn them off for a lighter scan that still returns price, specs and the dealer’s phone. No account or API key. Pay-per-result at about $0.0008 per listing.
A practical workflow
- Start from a saved search: set region, equipment and seller type on mobile.de, then paste the URL; every filter carries over.
- Scan first, detail second: run with details off to size the market, then rerun the listings that matter by listing id with details on.
- Match on ids, not titles: group by make and model ids or KBA codes, then plot
price.amountagainstmileageKmto read depreciation. - Schedule and diff: rerun your tracked listing ids daily to catch price and status changes; our e-commerce price monitoring guide covers the alerting side.
Use cases that pay off
- Dealer repricing: competitor asking prices on the exact make, model and year you stock.
- Deal sourcing: listings mobile.de itself rates as a good price, filtered by mileage and equipment.
- Dealer lead lists: name, phone, address and GPS for dealers in a region; see our guide to automated lead generation.
- Asking versus sold: for classic and collector models, compare mobile.de asking prices with Bring a Trailer auction results.
The legal boundaries
- Public data only: the scraper collects what mobile.de publishes openly, without logging in.
- Private sellers are people: a private seller’s name or phone number is personal data; under GDPR you are the data controller and need a lawful basis.
- Careful with outreach: Germany’s rules on cold calls and emails are strict; no unsolicited outreach where it is prohibited.
- Terms first: review mobile.de’s terms and your own obligations before large-scale collection.
