Who is responsible

silentflow.dev is operated by SilentFlow. For anything related to your data, write to contact@silentflow.dev.

Contact form

When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your message, the type of need and budget if you choose them, and the page of our site you were on before the form (for example a scraper page). The form is handled by a server function hosted by Vercel, which emails it to us through Resend, Inc. and posts an internal notification to our team's Discord channel (Discord Inc.).

We use this data only to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote or a project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying. We keep it for as long as the conversation or the resulting business relationship lasts, and at most three years after our last exchange if nothing follows.

Audience measurement

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics and with Plausible Analytics, an open-source tool we run on a server we operate. Neither uses cookies. They give us aggregated figures (pages viewed, referring sites, countries, device types, clicks on links to other sites such as Apify, contact form submissions) and do not let us identify you or follow you across days.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical data of each request (IP address, browser, requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies. It stores one entry in your browser session (sf_lang) so that you are redirected to your language version only once; it disappears when you close the tab.

Actor icons are loaded from Apify servers, so Apify receives your IP address when your browser displays them.

Links to Apify

Links to Apify carry our affiliate identifier: if you sign up or pay on Apify after clicking one, we may receive a commission. We receive no personal data about you. Once on apify.com, Apify and its affiliate provider may set cookies under their own privacy policy.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel, Resend and Discord are based in the United States. Transfers to them rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@silentflow.dev; we answer within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In France, that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
